Located in Central Taiyuan, the project consists a five storey shopping mall, a 22 storey hotel and a 52 storey office tower.

The retail façades are expressed as a series of articulated and interlocking stone and glass elements, whilst the towers streamlined facades create a contrasting and legible architecture.
