This mixed-use development is located to the south of Chengdu's prestigious Tianfu Square. Consisting of two 32 storey apartment towers each raised above a landscaped plaza on a forest of structural “sticks”.
Between the tower shafts, snakes a 4 level podium containing retail entertainment & clubhouse facilities.
The tower locations are diagonally opposed across the site, creating views through the development, consistent with the city’s urban design guidelines.
