Enjoying a commanding location on the Han River, the two towers are home to the The Da Nang Headquarters of Vietnam's principle telecommunications company and a premier office development.
Each tower is split into four individual shafts, organised with the highest on the north east corner ,maximising views towards the river from the roof top executive suites & visually reducing the tower's mass.
The shafts also deviate from the vertical datum, creating a dancing, sculpted form.
By placing the towers on the east & west boundaries ,a central shared plaza is formed. This “garden plaza”, Shaded by a series of folded canopies & louvres ,is conceived as an open air civic space, shared between the towers.
