The new civic centre for Nha Trang is located on Hoang Hoa street ,Loc Tho and consists of a gently sculpted 17 storey Administration tower
sitting above a curvilinear 3 storey podium containing the peoples committee offices ,public meeting halls and dedicated lobby spaces.

The sail-like sunscreens wrap the tower shaft gently sculpting the building's form.
3 storey sky gardens punctuate the main facade and introduce green"breakout"spaces throughout the towers height.

The podium and main entrance are expressed as independent architectural elements and are clad with a semi transparent
vertical louvre system which tightens to solidity where required.

A free form entrance canopy stretches sail like to form a welcoming porte cochere.
