Located in the Zhabei district north west of central Shanghai, the development consists an office tower and a hotel linked by a 4 floor retail podium. The two towers are differentiated by contrasting architectural strategies, the cubic horizontality of the hotel being in contrast to the sail-like verticality of the office tower.
