A series of studies illustrating strategies to best utilise a deep site with limited street frontage in central Ho Chi Minh City.
Utilising the full depth of the site the main hotel/serviced apartment component was placed to the rear of the plot allowing for unobstructed views over the neighbouring French & US consulates.
Linked by a shared drop off & lobby pavilion, the street front component is configured as Both a 4 storey F&B complex or as a 15 floor office tower.
The three distinct architectural components are expressed in a clear & refined rectilinear geometry which references traditional Vietnamese architectural features in a contemporary idiom.
